Our Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item that does not suit you. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
How to Make a Return
Contact our customer service at service.vente@maisonambre.net, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the payment method used during purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another color or model, please contact us: we will assist you with this process, subject to available stock.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items on sale or final promotion cannot be returned, unless there is a proven non-conformity.
